Cllr Richard Holloway has been your Bayswater Councillor since 2014. Formerly an internal engagement manager for the retail department store John Lewis, Richard now works for a telecommunications company. Richard is committed to keeping residents informed about what’s happening locally and maintaining Bayswater as a great place to live and work. Richard believes that you know how best to spend your money, that’s why he’s fully behind maintaining Westminster’s lowest council tax in the country.
Cllr Brian Connell
Cllr Brian Connell has represented Bayswater since 2002 and has built strong relationships with many of its residents and their amenity associations. Previously in charge of all Westminster's schools, he has two small children at nearby St Saviour's Primary and is passionate about keeping the area safe and beautiful enough that young families want to make their homes here. A keen cyclist, Brian works as a management consultant for KPMG.
Cllr Suhail Rahuja
Suhail has been a Bayswater Councillor since 2006, having been reelected in 2010. Having lived in the area for over 14 years, Suhail has worked hard fighting for residents on cleaning, law enforcement, planning and licensing. Together, with the other Conservative Bayswater Councillors, Suhail has worked to introduce a new childrens’ area into Paddington Library as well as funding for after-school clubs at the Library. In addition, he found funding for a new library area at St Stephens School.
