Nickie has lived in the Warwick ward for over 15 years, and is married with a young family. She is keen to work with local residents and businesses to preserve and improve the quality of life for all and ensure that Westminster City Council continues to provide excellent services while maintaining a low council tax. Nickie was elected Leader of the Council in January 2017. Nickie has strong interests in education, community protection and licensing and is committed to working to maintain Pimlico's safe and clean streets.

Achievements: 7 free annual Christmas Tea Dances for 1000 Westminster Senior Citizens;.2 free Music Hall events at the Coliseum Pioneered Silver Sunday, an annual day celebrating Older people. Initiated idea of the Sir Simon Milton Foundation and University Technical College for 14 to l9 year olds, specialising in Engineering.
Cllr Jacqui Wilkinson
Jacqui Wilkinson is a transport consultant and lecturer with over 30 years experience working with national and local government. Jacqui says “I welcome the opportunity of serving the residents of Churchill Ward. My aim is to help improve the local surroundings and improve the overall experience of living and working in the area. We should all have the right to be safe with access to good local facilities and feel part of the community.” She is a governor of the Chelsea Community Hospital School; married and a church organist for over 25 years.
Supported local residents in making sure their voice is heard on numerous local planning and licensing applications.
Successfully worked with the local police team and community protection officers to tackle anti-social behaviour to keep crime in Pimlico low.
Secured over £750,000 investment in improving our local Pimlico roads, pavements and street lights including getting Warwick Way, Sutherland Street and large sections of Gloucester Street, St George's Drive and Lupus Street resurfaced.
