Balmoral Castle

Following Churchill Conservatives’ petition received last year, Westminster City Council has committed to redeveloping the site of the Balmoral Castle pub. Find our more here.

On 5th September Cabinet Member for Finance and Regeneration Cllr Rachael Robathan issued a statement setting out the Council’s commitments, including that all new homes would be covered by a local lettings plan, meaning that local people in need would be prioritised to benefit from any new homes.

The Council has been holding drop-in sessions for residents throughout August, September, and October. These sessions are the first step in working with residents to develop designs. The last session is on Tuesday, 15 October, 5 to 8pm, at Westminster City Council Lupus Street office, 137 Lupus Street, SW1V 3HE. For more information, visit the Council's website.
