Zapp, 18-22 Finchley Road is a distribution centre delivering a wide range of products via the use of an app 24/7. So, when a license was given to operate, it included a key condition restricting the use to quiet electric modes of transport to protect the amenity of residents living near-by, especially Balmoral Court & The Terraces, Queen's Terrace. When your local Councillors found out Zapp applied to have this key condition amended to allow motorised vehicles, Cllr Rigby objected in the strongest terms as did the St John’s Wood Society, residents, and the local police. The good news is Zapp withdrew the application. We will continue to monitor this business to ensure there is no breach of the terms of their license.
