Update from your Regent's Park Councillors

Repair and underpinning works are due to take place on the pavement and area outside the shops on Baker Street (east side) between Marylebone Road and Allsop Place on behalf of London Underground.

These works are planned to commence in January 2023 and run for 12-months in 8-week phases. Your local councillors have been working with Transport for London (TfL) who are managing this project, Westminster City Council, and the Baker Street Quarter Partnership Business Improvement District to minimise the disruption these works will cause to residents, businesses, and visitors.
