Angela moved to Pimlico 30 years ago and was first elected to the Council in 2002.  She works hard to protect the village feel of Pimlico, and is known as a caring, capable and accessible local councillor, helping residents to make their lives better.  On the council, she has extensive experience in licensing, planning, housing, pensions, employee relations and more.

Angela was the 2012-2013 Lord Mayor of Westminster.  When Cabinet Member for Housing she led Westminster to become the top housing authority in the country, and has brought affordable housing opportunities into Tachbrook and Pimlico.  While Chairman of Licensing she was a member of the Mayor of London’s Night Time Commission helping to shape policies across London.  Angela is the Senior Independent Director for a central London NHS mental health trust.

A qualified executive coach, her professional background is in corporate and third sector HR.  Angela lives with her husband and fellow councillor David in south Westminster.
