Gotz Mohindra

Gotz has been a St John’s Wood resident for several years and as a councillor has worked with amenity societies, resident groups, the ward police team and other local stakeholders to help deliver quality services for local ward residents. Gotz went to the London School of Economics, in the borough, where he received an honours degree in Economics. While there he was also elected a governor of the university. Gotz has worked in the borough for nearly 20 years and works for an investment and property company. He is a former parliamentary candidate and is currently chairman of the London Conservative Party.

Food Waste collection now being piloted in Regent's Park

Your Conservative Council has started trialling from November a scheme to collect residents’ food waste for the first time from five areas across the Westminster including Hamilton Terrace here in Regent’s Park Ward. 

Lord’s Compton & Edrich stands redevelopment update

As local people will know, the redevelopment of the Compton and Edrich stands at Lord’s started back in August. In December, ISG Construction discovered pre-existing damage to a major water sewer which traversed the site, and required significant remedial repair works.

Manhole cover solved

A number of local people contacted us about a manhole cover on St John’s Wood Road opposite Lord’s View One mansion block; the cover had come loose making a loud clanking noise every time a vehicle went over it.

Louise Hyams

Louise Hyams has had the honour and privilege of representing St. James's Ward since her election to the Council in 1998. She is totally committed to improving the quality of life for all the residents of this diverse ward in the centre of London. Having been involved in most areas of the Council's work, she is currently the Deputy Cabinet Member for Public Protection and Licensing. She also serves on the Planning and City Development Committee, theLicensing Committee and the Standards Committee and the Adoption & Fostering Panel. Louise was Lord Mayor in 2008/9.

Tim Mitchell

Tim Mitchell has lived and worked in Westminster for over 25 years and is a self-employed computer consultant. An active member of the St James's area community, he serves on the committees of several local groups including Covent Garden’s Jubilee Hall Trust and the Abbey Community Centre. A councillor since 1998, he has had experience of every part of the Council. Presently, Tim is Cabinet Member for Environment and City Management and Chief Whip.

Eoghain Murphy

Since settling in Marylebone 15 years ago, Eoghain Murphy has immersed himself in local life, developing a deep affection for the area and its communities.

Emily Payne

Emily has lived in Bayswater for most of her life .  She was elected as a councillor in May 2018.  Emily is a local school governor and works as a consultant. 

Robert Rigby

Robert Rigby has represented Regent’s Park Ward since 2010 and lived in St John's Wood for over 30 years with his wife. He is currently Chairman of Planning.

Rachael Robathan
