Lindsey Hall

Lindsey Hall has represented the Abbey Road Ward since 2007 and has become well known for her pro-active response to issues like anti-social behaviour, noise complaints and breaches of planning conditions. As Chairman of the SJW Forum she is a familiar face in the community as well as being known as WCC's 'Anti-Fraud Tsar' having led the fight to clamp down on sub-letting fraud. A mum to 3 daughters and partner in their family business; she understands the pressures of juggling family, business and life. At the last two General Elections, Lindsey has been the Conservative Party's candidate for Westminster North. 

Lindsey writes, "I am serving as Lord Mayor of Westminster for 2018/19 and focusing my efforts for the year on raising funds for young people's mental health issues."

Weight restriction ignored in St John's Wood

There are certain roads in St John’s Wood which have a weight restriction of 7.5 tonnes except for loading. These have been identified as being unsuitable for use by heavy goods vehicles (HGV) and are designed to prevent rat-running.

Danny Chalkley

Danny Chalkley has represented Vincent Square Ward since 2002. He has worked persistently to address many local problems and improve the quality of life for those living and working in the area. He has served as a Cabinet Member for many years and sat on numerous committees.

Richard Elcho

Richard Elcho has lived in Bayswater for nearly thirty years.  As a result, Richard knows our area very well, is deeply attached to it, and is keen to protect its heritage. Richard works as a lawyer in the Employment Tribunal where he helps workers to enforce their rights.

Christabel Flight

Christabel Flight was elected to represent Warwick Ward in May 2006. She has held the following roles: acting as Westminster's Older Peoples Champion, editor of Westminster Plus for Westminster's 25,000 freedom pass holders.

Peter Freeman

Peter has lived in the ward for a number of years and is an active member of the local community.

Murad Gassanly

First elected in 2014 and representing Churchill Ward in Pimlico, Murad joined the Conservative Group at the City of Westminster Council in July 2017. He is a freelance political consultant, specialising in energy politics in the Caspian Sea region.

Jonathan Glanz

Jonathan Glanz has lived and worked in the West End for many years. He is currently Lead Member for Broadband and the Digital Economy and Chairman of the Family and People Services Policy and Scrutiny Committee.

Jim Glen

Jim Glen has lived in Pimlico for over 20 years, and is married with three children all of whom attended the local Church primary school before going on to secondary education.
