Matthew Green

Matthew moved into the area five years ago and has been a community activist since then. He works as a consultant and covers areas including LGBT and gender equality.

Lindsey Hall

Lindsey Hall has represented the Abbey Road Ward since 2007 and has become well known for her pro-active response to issues like anti-social behaviour, noise complaints and breaches of planning conditions.

Angela Harvey

Angela first came to live in Pimlico nearly thirty years ago and she was elected to the Council in 2002.  As Cabinet Member for Housing she led Westminster to become the top housing authority in the country, and brought affordable housing opportunities into Tachbrook and Pimlico. 

David Harvey

David Harvey and his wife Angela live in Vincent Square Ward. Elected in 2010, David is Chairman of Westminster’s Adult Care & Health Committee, and the community and business group working to minimise the impact of the major Victoria redevelopment.

Elizabeth Hitchcock

Elizabeth has lived in London for the past 25 years and in Westminster for the past 11 years. She is the mother of four sons, currently working part-time for a Conservative Cabinet Minister and is a trustee of a Westminster-based youth club.

Louise Hyams

Louise Hyams has had the honour and privilege of representing St. James's Ward since her election to the Council in 1998. She is totally committed to improving the quality of life for all the residents of this diverse ward in the centre of London. Having been involved in most areas of the Council's work, she is currently the Deputy Cabinet Member for Public Protection and Licensing. She also serves on the Planning and City Development Committee, theLicensing Committee and the Standards Committee and the Adoption & Fostering Panel. Louise was Lord Mayor in 2008/9.

Tim Mitchell

Tim Mitchell has lived and worked in Westminster for over 25 years and is a self-employed computer consultant. An active member of the St James's area community, he serves on the committees of several local groups including Covent Garden’s Jubilee Hall Trust and the Abbey Community Centre. A councillor since 1998, he has had experience of every part of the Council. Presently, Tim is Cabinet Member for Environment and City Management and Chief Whip.

Gotz Mohindra

Gotz values the ward's unique charm and appeal and intends to work extremely hard to preserve its heritage for the benefit of all locals. Gotz went to a university in Westminster and has worked in the borough for 14 years. He works for an investment and property company. 

Eoghain Murphy

Growing up in Notting Hill, Eoghain gained an instinctive feelingfor the intersecting communities that are unique to London, and which area vital part of every neighbourhood,including Bryanston and Dorset Square.

Emily Payne

Emily Payne has spent most of her life living in Bayswater. She is a local school governor and works as a project manager for a multinational. Having grown up in Bayswater she understands many of the issues that residents feel strongly about.
