Rachael Robathan has been a ward councillor for Knightsbridge & Belgravia since 2010 and is the Leader of the Council. Before becoming Leader, Rachael was a Cabinet Member eight years holding the Adult Social Care & Public Health, Housing and Finance portfolios.
Ian Rowley has lived in Marylebone High Street Ward for 27 years and have represented its residents on the Council since 2007, where his activities have covered crime and disorder, housing, financial, commercial and strategic matters. Ian is currently the Chair of both WCC Audit and Performance C
Selina has lived in Vincent Square ward for 17 years. She works in Parliament, supporting MPs in dealing with issues raised by their constituents. Selina is keen to make a difference locally by working on solutions to local issues from rough sleeping and housing to traffic management.
Andrew was elected as a Councillor in Lancaster Gate in 2008; since his election he has worked to improve the environment of Lancaster Gate, supported residents to deliver sensitive development in the area and stood up for the interests of CityWest Homes residents.
James was elected to Westminster City Council in 2018 as councillor for Tachbrook and is currently the Deputy Cabinet Member for Highways and the Environment, with a specific focus on waste and recycling. James also chairs one on the Council’s Planning sub-committees.
Paul lives in St John’s Wood and runs a software company in central London. He is passionate about ensuring that Westminster remains a great place to do business and live. Paul is the Cabinet Member for Cabinet Member for Community Services and Digital at Westminster City Council.
Judith Warner has been a resident of and a Councillor in St Johns Wood for over 20 years. She has Chaired a number of committees including Education, Housing, and Environment, and was Cabinet Member for City Management.
