Robert Rigby

Robert Rigby has lived in St John's Wood for over 30 years. He has represented the residents of Regent's Park ward since 2010. Robert is currently Deputy Cabinet Member Finance, Property & Regeneration and is Chair of a planning committee. 

 

Rachael Robathan

Rachael Robathan was a fund manager in the City for almost 20 years, specialising in emerging markets. She has been actively involved in politics for all her adult life and, among other things, was co-Chairman of Contact, a Conservative political lecture group with over 400 members.

Ian Rowley

Ian Rowley has lived in Marylebone High Street Ward for 23 years and have represented its residents on the Council since 2007, where his activities have covered crime and disorder, housing, financial, commercial and strategic matters.

Karen Scarborough

Karen Scarborough has lived locally for over eighteen years. She prioritises communicating with residents and resolving concerns from street issues to licensed premises.

Mark Shearer

Mark is one of your three local Conservative candidates for St James's in May 2018. 

Mark Shearer is a Chartered Surveyor and also Co-Founder of Project Dirt (www.projectdirt.com). Mark’s surveying focus is on "retail-led" city centre regeneration. With Project Dirt, Mark’s principle role is delivering large scale “purposeful" campaigns for companies looking to connect and give back to the community. Mark is standing for election for the first time.

Selina Short

Selina has lived in Vincent Square ward for 17 years.  She works in Parliament, supporting MPs in dealing with issues raised by their constituents. Selina is keen to make a difference locally by working on solutions to local issues from rough sleeping and housing to traffic management.

Andrew Smith

Andrew was elected as a Councillor in Lancaster Gate in 2008; since his election he has worked to improve the environment of Lancaster Gate, supported residents to deliver sensitive development in the area and worked with the police to reduce crime.

James Spencer

James has been involved in local government for some years having been a local and a parish councillor before moving to London in 2015 to work for an educational charity in Pimlico. James really values the village atmosphere we have in Tachbrook Ward.

Paul Swaddle

Paul lives in St John’s Wood and runs a software company in central London. As a father he understands the importance of a great education and wants to ensure that all Westminster’s children continue to benefit from the best educational opportunities.
