Barbara has lived in Westminster for over 35 years and knows that a strong voice can make a difference. Having retired from a business career she plans to dedicate herself full-time to being a community champion liaising with residents and the wealth of organisations representing them. She has a special interest in air quality and transport having previously focused on healthcare and education. She is keen to take up opportunities to bring the community together.

Two-Way Baker Street - Ongoing Monitoring

The Council will be undertaking the final traffic surveys that form part of the post-implementation monitoring strategy. Results from these surveys will then be analysed alongside the other survey data that has been collated since the switch to two-way operation.

Iain Bott

Iain Bott was elected to the council in a by-election in 2013, and works as a dentist in the Marylebone High Street Ward.

Margot Bright

Margot has lived in Westminster for over 30 years. During that time, she has been an active within the community as a long-standing member local residents’ associations; SEBRA and BRA. Margot has also sat on the Safer Neighbourhoods Panel and serves as a trustee of Paddington Charities.

Susie Burbridge

Susie was elected as a councillor in 1998 whilst continuing to work in Parliament. She grew up in Yorkshire with her six brothers and sisters and left for London at the age of 24 to open a travel business. She is very much a family person and has a son and daughter.

Melvyn Caplan

Melvyn has been a councillor for Little Venice Ward since 1990 and has lived in the area for more than 30 years.  He is currently chairman of the Housing and Finance policy and scrutiny committee.

Danny Chalkley

Danny Chalkley has represented Vincent Square Ward since 2002. He has worked persistently to address many local problems and improve the quality of life for those living and working in the area. He has served as a Cabinet Member for many years and sat on numerous committees.
