Recently a group of asylum seekers were transferred from a hostel in Essex to a hostel on Belgrave Road.

New tree in Embankment Gardens

In St James, in May, trustees of the G-A-Y Foundation and London Landmarks Half Marathon planted an evergreen magnolia in Embankment Gardens alongside the race route to commemorate the contribution of the LGBT+ running community.
