The Adventure Play Hub, St John’s Wood Terrace held a summer reception on 13 July to celebrate the official opening of its new playground.

The playground now includes much improved facilities for kids aged 5-12 years old in our ward especially those with complex needs and those living in overcrowded conditions.

Adventure Play Hub is London's oldest adventure playground. It was opened in 1957 and throughout the years, the playground has been, and continues to be, managed by a committed group of volunteers and parents.

The Lord Mayor, local councillors and local stakeholders also attended.
