About the ward 

Knightsbridge & Belgravia ward is at the western boundary of the Cities of London & Westminster constituency. As well as the ward covering Knightsbridge & Belgravia the majority of Hyde Park is also within the ward.

The ward is currently represented by three Conservative councillors; Tony Devenish, Elizabeth Hitchcock and Rachael Robathan.

People

Tony Devenish

Tony Devenish represents the Knightsbridge & Belgravia ward on Westminster City Council and West Central on the Greater London Authority which includes Westminster. Tony is elected to as a GLA Member to hold the Mayor of London to account on policing, transport, housing and our environment.

Rachael Robathan

Rachael Robathan has been a ward councillor for Knightsbridge & Belgravia since 2010 and is the Leader of the Council. Before becoming Leader, Rachael was a Cabinet Member eight years holding the Adult Social Care & Public Health, Housing and Finance portfolios. 

Elizabeth Hitchcock

Elizabeth has lived in London for the past 28 years and in Westminster for the past 13 years. She is the mother of four sons, currently working part-time for a Conservative Cabinet Minister and is a trustee of a Westminster-based youth club.

New public space in Belgravia

Earlier this year, a piece of land was given to the City of Westminster by the owner of Forbes House, the Grade II listed property on West Halkin Street. The land originally comprised part of the garden of Forbes House and will be located on Grosvenor Crescent.
